Gazprom Neft, Shell to jointly develop 2 blocks on Gydan
MOSCOW, Jul 21 (PRIME) -- Russian oil major Gazprom Neft and Royal Dutch Shell are launching a joint project to study and develop two oil and gas sites on the Gydan Peninsula, Gazprom Neft said in a statement on Tuesday.
“Gazprom Neft and Shell have signed an agreement to create a joint venture to study and develop the Leskinsky and Pukhutsyayakhsky license blocks on the Gydan Peninsula,” the statement said.
The companies are expected to own the joint venture on a parity basis.
